Hello! I'm Lauren, a 31-year-old mother to my wonderful son, and the founder of LR Accounting Services. My journey in the world of accounts began in my early twenties, where I started as a trainee accounts assistant at a local car dealership. This initial step set me on a path of continuous learning and growth.

Over the past decade, I've diligently worked my way through the ranks, gaining invaluable experience in various financial roles. My career culminated in the position of Financial Controller at a prestigious motor company, where I honed my skills in comprehensive financial management, strategic planning, and team leadership.

While climbing the corporate ladder, I was also committed to my professional development, studying part-time at night to achieve my AAT Level 2 qualification. This dedication ensured I not only gained practical experience but also a solid theoretical foundation in accounting principles.

After a decade of structured corporate working, and with the joy of becoming a mother, I made the decision to embark on a new adventure: establishing my own accounting services business. This venture allows me the flexibility to spend more precious time at home with my son, while also pursuing my passion for business ownership and helping other small to medium businesses thrive.
